Do I need to take the experience before the expiry date, or just book?
You need to book and take your experience before the expiry date printed on your voucher.
How do I book my experience?
On your certificate you will find a unique redemption code. Use this code to request your booking on our platform here with the desired date and time you would like to attend your experience.
Can I replace my voucher if I have lost it?
Our vouchers are valuable documents that if lost usually cannot be replaced. However if it hasn’t been used or redeemed, if we are able to locate it within the system via the purchasers details then we can look to see if we are able to cancel and replace.
I can't see online where to book a specific date?
Our vouchers are non-date specific, so no date is selected at the point of purchase.
The voucher comes with a validity period (usually 12 months) for you to then book and take the experience within. You select and confirm your date and time on our platform and will communicate and facilitate your request with the provider, who will get back to you with a final confirmation.
