Agenda
- At 13:30: Pick-up at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. During the journey through the Grisons, you will learn everything about the wine culture and history of this unique region along the Rhine.
- At 15:30: In a Wingert (vineyard), the vine master will bring you closer to the varied work of tending the vines. A winegrower from a selected winery will welcome you in his cellar. You will experience an introduction to the secrets of winemaking, where you’ll taste drops from the estate’s treasure chest and enjoy an aperitif served with natural Bündner dry meat specialties and cheese from the surrounding valleys.
- At 18:00: Arrival at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.
- At 18:30: Dinner at IGNIV by Andreas Caminada. The crowning finale and culinary highlight: A 4-course sharing menu awaits you in the IGNIV by Andreas Caminada restaurant with an exclusive wine accompaniment of selected Grisons wine.
